Randy is Southern Hills' preaching minister. He and his family came to Southern Hills in December of 1997. He's been married to his wife, Cathy, for
30 years and they have two children, Joy and Jeff. Randy graduated from The Austin Graduate School of Theology with a Bachelors in Biblical Studies and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies. He also attended the University of Texas while working on a Masters in Communication Disorders. He has worked both part-time and full-time as a preaching minister and youth minister for over 20 years. He has also worked in the mental health field for 13 years as a Case Manager for the Deaf, Associate Director of Mental Heath Services, and Planning and Policy Director. He served in the Marine Corps and was Honorably Discharged as a Sergeant. Randy has been on several mission trips to Kenya Africa, Uganda Africa, and Tirane Albania to work with the Deaf.
