Scott Epperson, Elder

Scott has been an Elder at Southern Hills since 1999. He and his wife, Donna, were part of the core group that started the Southern Hills work in 1997. He has been married to Donna for 34 years, and they have three children, two sons-in-law, and two grandchildren. Scott has a bachelor and master's degrees from Angelo State University. He has worked in public service, having been a federal and state employee and served in public administration with cities. Scott has been employed by the TML Intergovernmental Risk Pool in Austin since 1990 and serves as the Field Services Department Manager. He also served in the U.S. Army. Prior to Southern Hills, Scott served as a deacon and elder at Oak Hill Church of Christ in Austin.
